Contraband Arrest at Calhoun State Prison

As of 7/2010, we've made 1,276 contraband arrests

On April 15, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office advised that two unidentified females were arrested by the Arlington Police Department after being observed placing a trash bag in the bucket of a front-end loader located at the Arlington inmate mobile construction site. The trash bag contained contraband consisting of tobacco, rolling papers, cigarette lighters, and black tape, inside of 3-gallon size Ziploc bags.
