- On January 10, 2015, visitors Erica Hildebrand, Halie Montgomery and Mary Presley attended visitation at Calhoun State Prison. During visitation when visitor Montgomery exited the restroom, staff noticed a small bag of marijuana in the trashcan inside the restroom. Upon reentering the restroom, visitor Montgomery pulled another bag of marijuana, wrapped in plastic, from her shirt and attempted to discard it into the trashcan. Total weight of marijuana discarded by Montgomery was 6.3 ounces. Visitor Montgomery was arrested by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s office. Visitors, Erica Hildebrand and Mary Presley, were then questioned by staff regarding the drug incident of visitor Montgomery.
