Operations, Planning, and Training
The Operations, Planning, and Training Division was created in March, 2004 by then Commissioner James E. Donald with the primary purpose of overseeing the implementation of the Transformation Campaign Plan and synchronizing the department's efforts toward that end. The Division is comprised of nine sections that provide direct support and professional services to all aspects of the Department of Corrections. The sections within the Division are:
