Business Management
The Business Management Section provides a variety of specialized business services to the Department. It provides business transaction and budget management support to the Corrections Division, including both facility and probation operations. Additionally, this section manages the Institutional Telephone Service (offender collect call phone system); contract compliance by the vendor, called party complaints, and revenue generation are all monitored. This section also oversees the bidding, award, and administration of contracts for certain privately provided services such as inventory supply for the offender commissaries.
